A graduate of the Florida Institute of Technology (Business administration, class of 1995), Hicham Boutaleb began his career in Morocco in 1996 with Casablanca Finance Group, Morocco's leading investment bank, where he held the position of Director of Private Banking.
In 2001 he bought the company Cimecom(Nortis), the leading Vsat operator in Morocco, which he sold 5 years later.
At the same time, he founded Access téléservices in November 2011 and has been CEO since then.

Evelyne Pierrot Battini joined the customer relations professions in 1987 after completing a course in sales and advertising. She held various positions within the Phone Marketing group: Manager for IBM in Paris, Production Manager of the Marseille agency (1988 to 1991), national consultant then director of the Phone Marketing training institute (1992 to 2000) and sourcing and out sourcing director for 4 years.
She joined the Access téléservices group in 2004 as Director of Operations, and since 2017 has been Deputy Managing Director of Rabat.

After three years' experience as a sales representative, Adil Boutaleb turned to the contact centre business and joined Access Téléservices in 2003, moving very quickly to the positions of supervisor in 2004 and business unit manager in 2007. With 13 years of experience and expertise in modeling and industrialization of commercial projects, he is appointed Director of Operations in 2017 and manages the two sites of AccessTéléservices Rabat.

Tayeb Badaoui holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and various masters in logistics, marketing and management. He began his career at Aiguebelle as "Tanger Shoes" where he held the position of Commercial Director in charge of strategic development and deployment from 2013 to 2016.
In March 2016, he joins the Access Téléservices group, as Managing Director of Kontactel, Tangier.
At the same time, since 2014 he has been teaching strategic marketing and management at various Moroccan Grandes Ecoles: BMHS, EMCG, ESIG.

Holder of a European Master's degree in Computer Science, with more than 13 years of professional experience in IT in an international environment, he started his career in 2006, managing and delivering turnkey production sites with more than 1000 work positions.
Samir has held various positions during his professional career such as: Expert System Engineer, IT Manager, Purchasing and Logistics CIO.
He joined the Group in November 2019 as Chief Information Officer.

Nabaouia holds a four-year university degree in Economics and Management. She began her career in 1999 as an accountant with ITA Telecom Maroc. She joined the call centre business at Access téléservices in 2001 as Administrative and Financial Manager and then moved to the position of Administrative and Financial Director in 2017.
